The SRG is a family history project. Our research has been undertaken over a period of more than twenty years and is ongoing, now including SQUIRRELL descendants of any surname. It features SQUIRRELLs (and variant surnames) originating in the British Isles and their descendants. Currently we have over 22,000 names on our database, 14,000 of which have been processed, resulting in nearly 7,000 on-line entries and these will be added to incrementally. We have transcripts of all UK SQUIRRELL birth, marriage and death registration indexes, plus records from parish registers, wills and many other sources.

The Squirrell family website is a place for all family members to meet to get family news, view family photos, documents and certificates and to exchange files. The site is private which is important as it allows family members to share information more openly than would be wise on a public web site. If you are a Squirrell or a Squirrell descendant then you can join us. Send an e-mail to Norman Moyle at NMMoyle@aol.com. Please explain your Squirrell family connection and include your date of birth which is required for the Family Calendar. Norman will then send you a user name and password for access.
